  Always seem to surprise them by asking for food when you go through the drive thru.
  Always end up waiting or queuing to wait for a waiting bay then the food eventually arrives they should have the timer on the drive thru like they do in America in that if u don't get your meal before the timer reaches zero you get it for free maybe this may help sort the poor service.

  No problems with drive through... if this one is too busy, I just drive to the next one on the M5 / a38 junction

  Quarter of an hour to get a big mac meal and 2 coffees. Drinks were prepared straight away and then sat waiting for ages until food ready. Number system wasn't working. Basically could of taken any order and nobody would know. Really bad experience!

  Took ages on the drive through. I asked for no egg in my muffin and this set the panic alarm off...park up sir....10 mins later...

  Despite being a Saturday lunchtime, the service was quick. However the tables were dirty and the floor sticky in places. In one corner is a small soft play area so the place was very busy. My order was wrong and I saw a steady trickle customers with similar problems. Best avoided at peak times.
